This Privacy Policy explains how NEXULIS SDN BHD ("NEXULIS") collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you visit nexulis.com, submit a demo request, or otherwise interact with us. It does not cover data processed inside a deployed product tenant (SQUDO AI®, Sovereign GPT, Image Classification System, Customer Success Agent) — that is governed by the signed customer agreement.
Who we are: NEXULIS SDN BHD is registered in Malaysia and operates from Kuala Lumpur, with a regional presence in Singapore. Our products are engineered by ITNB AG in Switzerland under contract to NEXULIS SDN BHD.
Information we collect: contact and business information you provide (name, work email, company, role, message); usage data collected automatically; cookies and similar technologies. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through this website.
How we use your information: respond to demo requests, operate and secure the website, understand aggregate usage, send communications you've asked for, comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use website visitor data to train shared or public machine learning models.
Legal bases: Malaysian PDPA (consent, legitimate interests, legal obligations); GDPR and Swiss nFADP for EEA/UK/Switzerland visitors.
How we share information: ITNB AG (Switzerland, engineering partner); regional cloud infrastructure providers (tenant-isolated); identity/access providers (SSO brokering only); professional advisers, auditors and regulators where required by law.
Data residency: demo request and general website data is generally processed in Malaysia and Singapore; transfers to our Swiss engineering partner use contractual safeguards.
Security: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, least-privilege access with background checks, tamper-evident audit logging, annual third-party penetration testing, incident notification within 4 hours.
Data retention: demo/enquiry data retained as long as needed then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is legally required.
Cookies: a limited set of cookies and local storage for interface preferences and aggregate usage measurement; not used for third-party behavioural advertising.
