By accessing or using nexulis.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. These Terms govern use of the Site only; NEXULIS products (SQUDO AI®, Sovereign GPT, Image Classification System, Customer Success Agent) are provided under a separate, signed customer agreement.
Who we are: the Site is operated by NEXULIS SDN BHD, a company registered in Malaysia.
Eligibility: the Site is intended for business visitors evaluating NEXULIS products; you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
Permitted use: view and share content for the purpose of evaluating NEXULIS products; submit accurate information through demo request and contact forms.
Prohibited conduct: unauthorised access attempts; interfering with or disrupting the Site; scraping, crawling or harvesting content other than through generally available search engine indexing; misrepresenting your identity; violating applicable law.
Intellectual property: the Site, including text, graphics, product names (including SQUDO AI®), logos and code, is owned by or licensed to NEXULIS. No licence is granted to reproduce, modify or redistribute Site content beyond standard browser viewing without prior written consent.
Accuracy of information: the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, quotation or contractual commitment; specific product functionality, service levels and pricing are set out exclusively in a signed customer agreement.
Demo requests: submitting a demo request is a request to be contacted; it does not create a contract.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability: the Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind; NEXULIS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
